This newly opened hotspot provides one of the best places to view the sunset. It’s located in the heart of the Marina, set along the ocean front. Once night falls, Kraken Club transforms into a party extravaganza with special concerts from top performers and an electric party vibe. It does get very busy in the summer months, so arrive early to secure your spot.
Mauro & Sensei Barra
If you’re a cocktail connoisseur, then Mauro could be just the spot that you are looking for. It offers a huge selection of carefully crafted cocktails using the finest local and imported spits, as well as champagne by the glass or bottle. The service here is some of the best you will find in the city, plus the surroundings are pretty great too. Prices are high, but definitely worth it. Mauro is located in Playa de San Juan.
Santa Barbara
If you fancy more of a pub vibe with an added touch of class, then Santa Barbara will tick all of the right boxes. This cute little spot has a variety of craft beers, plus the helpful bartenders can mix up a personalized cocktail which is suited to your tastes and your mood. It is located in the heart of Alicante, near to the Mercado Central. Santa Barbara isn’t the type of place you will want to stay in all night long, but it a popular choice for a few drinks before you hit one of the larger clubs in town. Prices are affordable and the service is great too.
Eolo: Ristorante Gastro
Last but not least is Eolo, a relatively new spot on Alicante’s nightlife list. Eolo has very chic and modern interiors, which make it a super sleek spot to head to for some pre-drinks. What makes this establishment extra special is that is also serves up delicious Mediterranean-inspired dishes for lunch and dinner. Fuel up here before making your way out to the Marina or one of Alicante’s all night venues. Prices are a little higher than usual as Eolo, but the quality food, drinks and interior make it seem like a deal. Eolo can get busy at the weekend, so it’s best to reserve a table if you plan to eat here.
