Belly dancing, or more properly, Oriental Dancing, has travelled from the Middle East and Northern Africa, and is now in Prague. Classes in this ancient art form can be a welcomed break from your normal workout routine or perhaps taken just for fun.

Whether you’re interested in shaping your body, reducing back pain, enhancing your self-confidence, or improving coordination, belly dancing can do it.

Classes are now available at Fitness Týn by an experienced instructor (in English), and there is a maximum of 12 women per a class so be sure to call and reserve your space.
