Located on the waterfront across from the Josephine and one door down from the Cafe Vltava, Chaos is the perfect spot for a romantic dinner, for twosomes, threesome, or the whole damn orgy! Supple leather couches in the back provide a drinking only area (you’ll never find customers at the bar), where on the weekends you’ll find Prague’s poshist wannabes sipping cocktails, while in front of the huge saltwater aquarium you’ll find my favorite table, which works if you’re enjoying the beef fillets with provolone, but you’ll feel a little quilty if enjoying the linguine with a savoury seafood gumbo.
I haven’t explored the menu much more than that, except I really have to recommend the goose breast carpaccio followed by mascarpone with raspberries.
