The pain was unbearable. It ripped me straight out of a dream I was having Saturday morning at 4 AM.
I live in a country where the toothpaste is not accepted by the American Dental Association. A country where I have no dental insurance. A country that has no friendly yellow page ads with dancing teeth saying, "Open Saturdays!"

So you’ve been in Golden Praha, how many months? Or years? Decades? And last time you called home the folks still asked you what? “What is life like in chwechoslovaaakia?”
And you said what? That Prague’s like a combination of Boston with the Irish pubs and Atlanta with Byelorussian lawyers ripping their lingerie off, but for a little less money!
