Art and coffee, how can that be bad? A swanky and very elegant cafe located in the original Prague Parliament building and decorated in turn-of-the-century decor, paneling and a parquet floor. They offer perfectly prepared coffees and snacks at a surprisingly affordable price, in a setting that overlooks the Museum of Decorative Arts.There is a small entry fee, which gains you entrance to the art gallery as well.
