Romantic dining is defined at this Prague hotspot...
There are actually two restaurants, under the willow tree and a garden restaurant under the Charles Bridge, with a unique view of Prague Castle and Charles Bridge, which is mainly in the summer, a popular place for tourists. At night Lavka becomes the ultimate yuppie pick-up disco, a stark contrast to it's idyllic river calm during the day. Open daily 10AM to 11:30PM, disco later. Big bold art and lots of seating make this cafe an inviting local, but even better is to lounge at one of the outside tables under the shade of the willow tree and watch the river roll on by, while absorbing a breathtaking view of the Castle and the Charles Bridge.
