Uniquely Prague
In the Czech Republic, they say that beer is just liquid bread, so its perfectly acceptable to have a cold brewski any time of the day or night. Malnourishment is something you'll need to keep an eye out, as lots of traditional Czech food includes lots of fried foods and heavy creams. How about a smazeny syr (fried cheese)? A real treat after a night on the town. But more and more as the EU rolls East, great dining options pop up, some taking root for years, becoming institutions. Try any of the following places and you're sure to be pleased!
